Assistant Chief Deputy DA Thien Ho Leads District Attorney Candidates in Fundraising Haul


SACRAMENTO, CA – In the first public fundraising report in the race for Sacramento County District Attorney, Assistant Chief Deputy District Attorney Thien Ho led all candidates with $127,962.60 cash on hand. The end of June numbers not only show massive momentum, but also show Ho’s fundraising haul was received in a shorter period with less debt and expenditures than the rest of the field. Thien Ho raised $134,146.39 for the period ending June 30, 2021.


“Our growing coalition is proof-positive that our campaign to bring experience and a balanced approach to protecting our communities is resonating throughout Sacramento County. We must provide justice for victims while ensuring that our system of justice serves everyone equally,” said Assistant Chief Deputy Thien Ho. “I am so grateful for the broad support from our community, my family and friends.”

As the Assistant Chief Deputy District Attorney for Sacramento County, Thien manages and oversees an entire bureau of lawyers who protect the public, collaborate with community partners, and guard the integrity of the criminal justice system.
